NSM PTA participates in the Box Tops for Education program through which participating businesses support our school with your every day purchases.

BUY any of the following products to find Box Tops: Betty Crocker - Reynolds - Ziploc - Scott - Kleenex - Hanes - Hefty Bags - Green Giant - Old El Paso - Horizon Organic Milk - Yoplait - or any of these participating products.

DOWNLOAD the Box Tops app onto your phone.
SCAN your store receipt within 14 days of purchase.
EARN 10 cents on each Box Top for our school. The power is in the numbers so please invite your family and friends to participate.

Book Fair

NSM has been using Literati to bring the magic of books and inspire a school-wide love of reading with a selection of titles that that students, teachers and families love. 

Read-a-thon

Coinciding with the end of the book fair, NSM students can make use of the books bought from the book fair or lent from the local library to get reading for the annual Read-a-thon. The read-a-thon is a fundraiser to motivate the students to read and go head to head for the most minutes of reading or the highest earning class in the school. 

Dining for Dollars (Dinner Night Out)

Dinner made easy! Join many other NSM families once a month at a local restaurant for dinner and socializing. MEET your friends, ENJOY a family dinner, and SUPPORT NSM. Local restaurants donate 10% or more of your check to our school when you present the current flyer. Restaurants we partner with are Tomatina, Chipotle, California Pizza Kitchen, Noshery, Lazy Dog, Cuban Kitchen, BJ's and many more.

Count-me-in

Count-Me-Ins (CMI) are events hosted by the school community to gather people together and spend a couple of hours of socialization for a great cause - funding our PTA. Past events for the parents include Mom's Sip 'n Hike, Halloween Boo-B-Q, and Dad's Poker Night. We also post events for our students to attend outside of school hours- a baseball game, game nights, a night at the movies. 

If you have an idea for a CMI that you would like to host. Use the Google Form to Sign up to Host.

Our current list of CMI's can be found on our Count-Me-In page.  We encourage you to attend one of these events either for yourself or for your child. 

Remember that all funds raised go back to the PTA!  

Jog-A-Thon 

Also known as the Shoreview Shuffle - the jog-a-thon gets our students moving by running, skipping, dancing, and walking around the NSM track. Each lap is counted, tallied and paired with donations from our community.
